Metaphysically defined, a soul mate is someone you have known in a prior existence. Soul mates are not always love connections and some are more pertinent to your earthly purposes than others.

Hello, I'm a Scorpio dating a Gemini for a while. We used to be very happy together and are very much in love, but lately we've been fighting a lot and just seem not to be able to see eye to eye.
